Freelancers (Independents) are welcome in the QCC. All that is required is an accounting page and the desire to RP on an interactive platform. Individual members joining the QCC will be given 300QC as an initial disbursement.
Your accounting page is simply a webpage that is used like a checking account register. You record incoming and outgoing QCoins along with memo notes on the transactions and keep a balance. It isn't hard. Go to the Members page and browse through existing accounting pages to get an idea how to set one up.
If you have no webpage experience, we can help. With the publishers available today, you can make an adequate page without knowing a thing about html or we can connect you with someone who can assist you. The whole point to the QCC is to provide an environment for you to RP in. If you have the desire to be here, we want to help you in any way we can so don't let lack of web publishing experience keep you away.
As an Individual QCC member, you have full control of your own QCoin account. You directly receive all mailing from the QCC Council for events, activities, and updates within the Coalition. Your character may chose to join any House or guild he/she wishes, and you still retain full control over your own QCC account.
While we promote that as a benefit, some players may not wish to be bothered with tracking their own accounts. In this case, your character may wish to either join an existing QCC House or contract a treasurer to keep your account for you. Your character would essentially be hiring an accountant.
The Honor Agreement that you will be asked to submit is simply a pledge to the Council that you intend to RP within the QCC with honor and integrity. While you may have a character that is a rogue and a scoundrel and will cheat and steal every opportunity he/she gets, you are pledging OOC to maintain your accounting page and play fair with the other players in the Coalition.

one of the QCC Council Members, who will then set up an informal meeting to
discuss the QCC and make sure you have no questions.
Complete the Independent Honor Agreement. Upon approval of your treasury and acceptance of your agreement, you will receive the initial disbursement and listed as an active member.
