INDEPENDENT HONOR AGREEMENT 

By signing the bottom of this document, you are indicating that you agree and will comply with the following [ic and ooc connotations made]:
  • You meet the QCC qualifications, and have provided the necessary signature below.
  • You will uphold and honor QCC guidelines.
  • To respond with neutrality and integrity in QCC matters.
  • Promise to uphold the QCoin in its purest form and honest intent. To carry the spirit of the Coalition in your actions to the best of your abilities.
  • Understand that cheating or forgeries uncovered may result in swift expulsion from the QCC and a revocation of original 300 QC.
  • Resigning from QCC also results in a revocation of the initial 300 QC.
  • To use common courtesy, even in disagreements. Unresolved matters will be reviewed by the QCC Council.
  • Communication will be kept open between you, and the QCC Council. A monthly check will be done by the Council, of your treasury page to ensure current status and report totals. No paperwork must be sent in unless question arises in the accountability for total.
  • You agree that if an inactive is reported, and records are not kept current, the Council reserves right to expect a status report in writing for the you to continue on in the QCC.
  • Realize that this is NOT a political forum - but an economic endeavor to promote interaction and trade among Houses, as well as a means for House leaders to enhance the roleplaying environment for your group.  To that end, please also realize that this is NOT a democracy and the few rules that are necessary are decided upon by the current Council, for the benefit of the entire Coalition in our effort to make this a pleasant place for all players to roleplay.

Please complete the below information.  By sending this information to the council, you are agreeing to the above Honor Agreement terms.

Please make note of this:  Unfortunately, AOL's spam filter very often blocks QCC mail from getting to AOL members. If you have any non-AOL address where you can receive mail, it is strongly suggested that you write to council@questcoin.com with the address so it can be added to the members mail string.  In that way, you will be sure to receive QCC mail all the time.

Signing of this agreement is the final step in the QCC admission process. A check for 300 QCoins will be issued to you upon receipt and verification.  If you you have opted to waive the 300QC initial disbursement, you will appear as a Premier Member on the membership listing.
