From the Commissioner's Desk...


The Non-Equestrian Races will be held on Saturday May 26th at 8:00 PM EST.

The first leg of the Fourth Annual Classic Challenge Stakes Races, The B'Ateria Stakes will be held on Saturday June 2nd at 9:00 PM EST.  The Betting Office for the Stakes race will be opened one week before the race.  Huzzahs to the owners and the trainers of these outstanding equestrians!

The Sale Barn Auction was held on May 5th and all the offered racers now have new stables to give their best efforts for.  The current guidelines will be updated for future auctions to reflect activities that have been occurring since the Auction's inception.

Please remember to review the Racing Guidelines and know you may always contact a Council member with any questions you may have.

The "Best of the Best" Championship Series runs over the course of one year (or six racing seasons), using cumulative results to determine which racers have performed well enough to race in the Championship Series races. Three times per year, the ten best racers come together to determine just who the "Best of the Best" is. The Contender List below allows Members to follow the Equine Racers who are vying for position in the next race in the Classic Challenge Series.

Third - §150

Add §100 for Rank 1 races,
§200 for Rank 2 races,
§300 for Rank 3 races,
§400 for Rank 4 races,
$500 for Rank 5 races,
etc.
How ties are decided:
Two firsts:
Purses for first and second place added together, then divided equally.
Next racer across takes third.

Two seconds:
Purses for 2nd and 3rd place added together, then divided equally.
Next racer across finishes in the field.

Two thirds:
Purse is divided equally.
