AUCTION GUIDELINES

  1. All racers will be sold only if the minimum bid is met.
       
  2. Transfer fees are waived for all racers sold at this auction.
       
  3. Unless otherwise stated, Seller shall retain the right to reclaim racer if the Buyer's stable withdraws from the QCC Racing Commission, is removed at any point for inactivity or fails to enter the racer in the following racing season.
       
  4. Buyer must have verifiable funds available to purchase racers.
    
  1. All racers purchased at auction are considered transfers and will be eligible to race for Buyer in the next racing season, pending mandatory inspection.
       
  2. Any sale not completed by high bidder will be offered to the next highest bidder at the price of their last bid.
       
  3. Buyers may race up to two racers without the need of registering a new stable or may transfer racer(s) to any stable they are affiliated with.
