Race Entry/Slotting:

• From the list of healthy racers, the stable would then choose up to their allotted number of racers (as per the Eligible # Racers List) to actually enter into the races, using QCC Racing Commission - Race Entry Form - Equines.
• NOTE: Non-equines do not count into the total eligible racers.  These are equine racers only.
• Stables must pay an entry fee of §25 per racer entered.  
• If a stable owner failed to select the racers they wanted to enter from those eligible to race, they will not have their horses entered for that cycle.
• All Race Entries must also be submitted by the 15th of the month, on the month prior to the start of the racing cycle.
• Late entries to the Post Lineup will not be permitted at all unless it is by error of the Racing Commission.  That determination is the responsibility of the Racing Commissioner and such late entries will be included in the racing lineup in the most feasible manner possible.

- In the example, 15 horses are healthy, the other five are ineligible to race.  As per the Eligible # Racers List, a stable of 20 horses can race up to 10 of them on race day. The stable owner here would then pick 10 horses from the healthy list, the other five will sit out as Not Raced. Any racers that have been designated with Not Raced in three consecutive cycles MUST race in the next. Racers Injured during vet checks do not count as Not Raced, but Injured. Injuries cause no penalties to horses other than being unable to race for that cycle.

- The ten chosen would then be put into the  Race Entry Form - Equines as their lineup for the next cycle. If you do not have enough healthy racers to reach your allowed number of equines, you will race the lower. Racers must be entered onto the form in alphabetical order, separated by commas.

- Fill out the race entry form and submit.  Owners are charged $25 per entered racer. In this instance, the bill would be $250.
