Representation
- Every stable must
be represented at least one night during the 4-6 nights of racing
each season. "Boarding" stables are required to register
their boarded racers by owner's name as individual racers and those owners
are required to comply with the attendance policy in
place.
- A stable can only be
"officially" represented by one of the designated representatives,
who should include the stable owner and/or manager and up to two other
individuals who are instructed how to declare representation at the
racetrack.
- All stable *owners* must attend in person once every six months.
- Any stable that is not
represented during a racing season will not be allowed to race
in the upcoming season. Attendance is mandatory!
- For attendance to be
counted, you must identify yourself in this format:
((Representing Stable Name, House Name)). Any other format makes it
too hard for the people scouring the logs for attendance to single out each
person who shows up.
- For stables consisting
of only Non-Equine racers, those stable owners/managers and/or their
representatives must be in attendance on one of the night(s) that the Non-Equine
races are held every season. Failure to attend will result in
that stable's racers being ineligible for the next NE season.
