Cost of Ownership Fees:

§ 1,000 to register a new stable (including the first 2 racers)
§ 200 per new racer (after the first 2 for a new stable)
§ 50 to transfer an existing racer between stables
§ 5 for vet inspection per racer (whether healthy or injured)
§ 25 entry fee per racer into the races
