Betting:
House "coffers" or "guild banks" are banned from betting.
Only individuals are eligible to bet.
Bets will not be allowed on more than two racers per race. Wager slips with bets on more than two racers per race will be void.
Bets of less than 10 qcoins will be void. These take up more time to calculate than they are worth.
TOTAL bet on any one racer is §500 (up to a maximum of §1,000 for two racers per one race).
NOTE: You can bet on two horses to win, place & show. It does not have to be just one of the three positions, but wagers cannot be made on more than two racers per race.
There is a maximum total betting limit for each month of an Equine racing cycle of §10,000. The combined totals of all bets placed for the two nights of racing each month may not exceed that limit.
Betting on Non-Equines is capped at a maximum total of $5,000 each cycle.
Betting on the Classic Challenge has its own rules.
Note: Treasuries are spot checked on occasion, when large bets come in. Bets made in amounts over the last listed treasury total are voided.
When you place bets, that money is in the hands of the QCC
until such time the payouts are officially made in our updates.
Betting Process:
Visit the QCC
Betting Office
to place your wagers.
Open betting slip for the races in question, and fill out information at the top
thoroughly.
For each race, enter bets up to $1000 total, and be sure not to exceed the
$10,000 maximum. ( i.e. ten races at $1000 total each ).
Submit your bets, and look for an email verification of your wagers.
