The Turf Club Pavilion is the preeminent place to buy and sell racehorses and prospects within the Quest Coin Coalition. The newly constructed complex occupies the site of the former QCC Sale Barn and covers approximately 150 acres to the west of B'Ateria Downs.

The gleaming white barns and shedrows are kept immaculate by an army of employees and can accomodate up to 200 horses with room to expand in the future. Brick-paved walkways wind through the carefully landscaped grounds and provide both an attractive and tranquil setting in which to showcase and preview the offerings before a sale.

The sales pavilion itself is a new, permanent construction in the finest quality oak and other hardwood accents. Built theater style, one can be sure that the view of the horses is superb from every one of it's 650 comfortable padded seats.

 

Attached to the pavilion is a 6,400 square foot covered walking ring, providing just the right setting for that last minute look before entering the sales ring.

Adjacent to the walking ring is a 13,000 square foot covered show ring with ample space to see young prospects jogged in hand.

Buying a racehorse can be thirsty work. At the Turf Club Sales Pavilion, the Calinrua Cafe' is here to meet all your refreshment needs. During the day, a cafe' style menu is available along with a selection of fine alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy in one of the indoor dining areas, the bar, or

the outdoor patio seating in pleasant weather. In the evening, a five-star dining experience is available with an advance reservation.

In order to facilitate good business relations with all buyers and sellers of QCC racehorses, the Pavilion also provides a Business Center to complete consignments and purchases and several private conference rooms in which buyers, their veterinarians and other agents may have privacy to make their decisions before the sale begins.
