When Houses and Individuals join the QCC, they are given an initial disbursement to get them started. This initial funding from the QCC main bank is not a loan and there is no expectation of it being paid back. It is given to the Houses and Individuals to do with as they see fit.

Some members of the QCC have prospered and have taken the added step of repaying the main bank for this disbursement giving back to the QCC those funds that got them started. As a way of recognizing these Houses and Individuals for their prosperity and contribution to the Coalition, we have instituted the Premier Membership.

Premier Membership has no added benefits or standing within the Coalition. It is simply a recognition of those members who have paid back the initial disbursement funds and all QCoins in their coffers are theirs, earned by them and their members through participation, attendance, activity, business, and trade.

To become a Premier Member, voluntarily return the amount of your initial disbursement to the QCC Grand Council.  [ council@questcoin.com ]
